Legal conditions

Participants will be carefully selected and invited by the Catalan Tourist Board/Catalunya Convention Bureau, with the objective of maximising the interest and professionalism of the workshop.

The cost of participation is 50 € (including VAT), payable by credit card.

Inscriptions will not be considered definitive until the participant receives the express confirmation from the Catalan Tourist Board/Catalunya Convention Bureau. This confirmation will be send between the 29th of April and 5th of May.

The hosted buyer promises to follow the programme proposed by the Catalan Tourist Board and to participate in all the programme activities. Likewise, the operator will have to attend all the interviews scheduled by the Catalan enterprises.

Only one participant for each company will be accepted.

All participants at the workshop yield his image right to the Catalan Tourist Board to be able to appear on photos, videos or promotional audiovisual material that the Catalan Tourist Board may edit about this event. This material will be used for promotional and/ or commercial purposes by the Catalan Tourist Board.

The Catalan Tourist Board/Catalunya Convention Bureau keeps the right, if necessary, to modify or cancel the event, in which case the registered companies will be notified in advanced.

Taking part in this workshop means the acceptance of these conditions.
